Another bright and early rise for another outing! We were up at 5 to be able to pack the camera gear and get some breakfast on the way to pick up my stepdad Jeremy, who was joining us for a chance to catch up and take some snaps! We all had our cameras packed and headed to Springbrook National Park. Once we got off the highway, the drive was actually stunning. It was so refreshing to see such beautiful, picturesque scenery. It really reminded me of the long family trips in Africa. Along the way there were these huge mountains and valleys along with old dilapidated houses scattered amongst the scenery.
We arrived quite early, it was around 8am. The track itself wasn't so long but we stopped to take photos regularly and took our time when moving forward. It ended up taking about two and a half hours although if you wanted to, you could do it in 15 minutes! We're really enjoying crisp, fresh, unpolluted air! You really do notice the difference!
Very chilled morning, had a lot of fun! Hmmm, where to next?
